Melesia Adderley is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, strategist, and founder of Women's Haven®. She carries the first female Caribbean-owned organic feminine care brand of its kind. Her brand is trademarked across multiple countries and available in over 100 retail stores across more than 15 markets.

Melesia has a decade of entrepreneurial experience, including eight years in building a product-based brand from the ground up without external investors. The work sits at the intersection of women's wellness, regional trade, and sustainable brand development.

With impressive academic credentials, Melesia Adderley holds a Master of Science in Organizational Learning and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Business, complemented by minors in Psychology and Science & Technology.

Furthermore, she is a Certified Blockchain Solution Architect and a Certified Menstrual Coach who integrates strategic leadership, technology, and wellness education to build scalable, impact-driven enterprises.

Melesia's recent accolades highlight her significant impact on the business landscape.

In 2025, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and honored by the Cayman Islands Government as a National Heroes Day 'Innovator of Impact' under the theme of Icons of Business & Entrepreneurship.

Her regional influence continues to grow, as evidenced by her selection as a 2026 Caribbean & African Women of Impact (CAWI) Honoree.

The most current position she serves as a Director of the Cayman Islands Small Business Association and sits on the Cayman Islands Centre for Business Development Special Advisory Council.
