Claudienne Hibbert-Smith has shifted the paradigm of what the premise of a teenage mother could ever be. She became a parent at the age of 14. The stigma of ruining her life was completely thrown upon her shoulders.
Escaping the odds, Claudienne obtained her bachelor's degree in 2001 from The University of Florida (UF), a premier university ranked 14th overall among all U.S. public universities according to the US News and World Report.
Shortly after landing her first job out of college, she transitioned into a real estate professional. Claudienne spent nearly 20 years with one real estate company, then decided to partner with EXP Realty in 2020. This granted her the ability to expand her real estate team in 16 states and 5 countries. She was awarded several recognitions by the company.
Throughout the last twenty-four years, Claudienne has received various educational & Real Estate Industry credentials: Chairman's & Presidential Elite Circle, 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County, 25 Most Influential & Prominent Black Women in Business & Leadership, & Top 5 Real Estate Network. She was recently recognized by Success Magazine as a Top Influential Woman.
To think this woman has her hands busy with Real Estate, Claudienne is married to Mario Smith, who shares two children, Legend (5) & Legacy (3). She expresses the honor of having raised a son, Amari Bryant (31). The couple was granted the purchase of a 25,000sq ft building located in Miami, Florida. Together, Claudienne and her husband own a K-12th-grade school that has served the community for 9 years.
In addition, she joined the National Association of Real Estate Brokers- South Florida Board of Realtors (SFBOR) as the secretary in 2001. The organization focuses on democracy in housing. With great leadership preceding her, Claudienne became the Vice President. She was set right after in the role of President that led the way for two terms, totaling four years. Her present position now follows as the President of the state chapter and is the Chairperson for the National Investment Committee. Claudienne also serves on various boards, including the planning and zoning committee at the City of Opa Locka, Florida.
After the City of Opa Locka, in 2025, real estate mogul Claudienne Hibbert-Smith founded the National Association of Real Estate Women (NAREW), a national movement created to elevate, educate, and empower women in real estate. www.JoinNarew.com
Built on principles of leadership, ownership, and generational wealth, NAREW provides mentorship, strategic training, and collaborative support to help agents scale their businesses, dominate their markets, and build long-term financial success. The organization connects professionals nationwide through coaching, resources, and a high-performance community focused on growth and impact.
Economic success has not deterred Claudienne from selfless acts of giving back. The groundwork is embedded in her collective service; this is a primary reason she restores communities. The Claudy Cares Foundation was created by Claudienne to provide efforts and dedication with a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a result of her community involvement, she was honored with the first-ever Humanitarian Unsung Hero Award. Having the mentality to be innovative and to improve the advancement of homeownership is a real estate investment for her clients. If there is a will, there are many ways, and the influence of motivation during crossroads represents higher callings. Dismissing the naysayers, Claudienne is a force and a true powerhouse who perseveres through life challenges. She inspires young girls to never give up on their dreams and just keep swimming.
