Born and raised in Long Island, New York, she became a young teen mother who made the difficult decision to leave high school to care for her children. Later, Dr. Shavonna Herron Johnson married her high school sweetheart, Dr. Johnson, and relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. Moving to a new location was where she rebuilt a foundation with vision and determination. Dr. Shavonna Herron Johnson earned a high school diploma from Wake Technical Community College. She later pursued a high school diploma from Wake Technical Community College. She went on to become a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, real estate investor, and certified property management professional.

In the year 2010, Dr. Johnson launched the 3D Professional Services, followed by founding the East Coast Property Management Services Consulting in 2017. These accomplishments led to the acknowledgment of a respected leader in real estate portfolio management and operational consulting. Under her leadership, the companies have managed extensive residential portfolios and built a reputation for integrity, innovation, and excellence.
